These terms govern your use of Everplanner (the “Service”), a free online wedding planner. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Everplanner provides free wedding-planning tools, including a checklist, budget tracker and guest list manager. The Service is provided free of charge and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.

2. Your content

You own the information you enter (your wedding plan). It is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers, and you are responsible for keeping your own backups. Clearing your browser data will remove your plan.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or interfere with other users.
  • Do not use the Service to violate the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

The Everplanner name, design, and software are owned by Everplanner and protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the Service normally.

5. No professional advice

Everplanner offers organizational tools, not financial, legal or professional advice. Figures such as budgets and estimates are for your own planning and should be verified independently.

6. Advertising and third-party links

The Service is supported by advertising and may contain links to third-party sites or ads. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Everplanner is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
