Everplanner (“Everplanner”, “we”, “us”) is a free online wedding planner. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the site and how it is handled. In short: your wedding plan is saved privately on your own device, we don't require an account, and we show ads to keep the tool free.

1. Information we collect

  • Your wedding plan. The data you enter — checklist, budget, guest list and settings — is stored locally in your browser (using localStorage) on the device you use. It is not sent to or stored by us.
  • No account required. We don't ask you to register, and we don't collect your name, email or payment details to use the planner.
  • Standard technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically process basic technical information your browser sends (such as IP address, device/browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.

2. Cookies and advertising

Everplanner is free and supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense to display ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

3. Fonts and third parties

Fonts are self-hosted with the site (we do not call Google Fonts servers at runtime). Aside from the advertising and hosting providers described above, we do not sell or share your personal information.

4. Children

Everplanner is intended for adults planning a wedding and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Your choices

  • Clear your data anytime. Because your plan lives in your browser, you can remove it at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser settings or using the in-app reset.
  • Control cookies. You can manage or block cookies through your browser, and opt out of personalized ads using the links above.

6. Data retention and security

Your plan remains on your device until you clear it. We take reasonable measures to keep the site secure, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
